We would like to say "Thank You" to all of our customers! It has been a real pleasure meeting everyone and getting to know you! Thanks for the opportunity and we look forward to working with you in the future. ~ Amber & Ryan
Amber,
Just thought I'd update you with my latest Stratus adventure. Wednesday night Matt was busy with some welding, and I was telling myself that I'd be happy to just ride in the arena for a while - riding is riding after all! But, after about 10 minutes I was bored, so I figured I'd head out back and do our little 9 acre loop..... which we did, but I don't think either myself or Stratus was ready to call it quits, so we headed out to do the "big loop" on the neighbors property. I can't say enough good things about this horse! This was the first time I had really trail ridden him alone and had no idea what to expect. He was fantastic, to say the least. What a relaxing enjoyable ride - just me, my horse and my dog! Stratus never set a foot wrong, never got excited or quickened his pace - not even when the deer cam we ran into flashed when it took our picture. LOL!
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you how great he really is and how well we are working as a team. He'll follow me around the barn and pasture, leaving the other horses, etc. He's just a sweetie.
Hope all is well with you and Ryan and that you've been able to get in a few relaxing trail rides! We're headed to Scandia this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) if the rain holds off tomorrow.
Talk to you soon!
Leila
PS - Stratus has an incredible roll back! He's a monster at keyhole!
Amber,
Just wanted to let you know that Chip is a new horse! Thanks so much for
hooking us up with Jay! Last night after I got all the horses in- I got
my gelding out and was cleaning him up in front of Chips stall- usually
chip paces and circles in his stall if anyone else is out- he was actually
standing along the side wall -sleeping!! facing the other diection.
Megan was so excited to see him relaxed that it took nothing to get her to
ride him last night! He went great for her just walked and trotted
actually had to put spurs on Megan so she could get him moving! He
actually looks like he is having fun again! Wow - I have never seen such
a transformation! I am considering having Jay come out and work on my
gelding and my sons mare- they are the other 2 we are riding on a regular
basis now!
Talked with Brianna this AM and they are thrilled with Sidney!
Thanks so much for all your help and setting the right example for the
horse industry!!
Appreciate all you do! Keep in touch!

PS- Love your web-site!!
Amber,
Chester (We renamed him "Dusty", Josh's grandfathers name was Chester so it had to be done:)) is doing really well. He and our donkey Ike are buddies. I attached pics of Josh's niece and nephew on his grand debut, he was a hit. I am still in the process of trying to find a cart and a pony saddle for him.
There was no list of horses for sale attached to your email, so please try to resend. I will be at the tack shop sometime this week and there are a couple of ladies looking for horses/ponies where I work.

I am so elated over Max's new home. Words don't represent my feelings.
My blessings to you for taking his care.
Again, my thanks and pass along my gratitude to Dona the new owner. I
own property in Warren so maybe sometime our paths will cross.

Amber,
Hi, it was a pleasure meeting you and Ryan this weekend. We all made it back safe and the horses are a dream.
Let's keep in touch and ride soon!
Thanks,
Jodi
Hello Amber,
I finally have a couple minutes to write you. Kevin and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Tex. He is what you advertised. Absolutely trail safe and super quiet. We have had no problems with him at all. Kevin is working with him to take the bit more readily and makes good progress. Standing while mounting still needs some minor work but he is very willing to learn.
The whole bunch gets along great now, the pony took a couple days longer to adjust to Tex but figured that he is just too small to seriously mess with Tex.
We already went on several rides to the game lands near Bullion and trailering is going very nice. He goes right in and Angel can’t wait to join him into the trailer. She is like “finally someone to ride with” and they get along great inside the trailer.
Also, his cracks in his hoofs are only superficial and according to our farrier who trimmed him two weeks ago he has good feet.
So, don’t know if your friend Julie cares to know but you are welcome to let her know that he is a great match for us and our little herd. We’re glad we have him.
Take care, Karin

The weather has been nice enough to let the babies out and Blue has found some new friends to play "king of the mountain" with. He is down to one bottle a day now. He started leaving his bottle to eat grain with the others, but being bigger they ate most of it before he got very much, so now he gets his own pan of sweet feed. He still follows everybody and still loves to cuddle.

Hey Amber, We made it home with no problems. Blaze was happy to be out in the grass. He was scared of the pony and mini at first, but they were touching noses through the fence in no time. He doesn't like the water tub for some reason. He rolled in the grass and seemed to settle right in. He didn't take long to figure out where the treats are kept, and whinneys every time I go near the shed I keep them in. He really likes his treats! After reading through all the paper work you gave us Dave found a page that says at age 2 he was being called Jasper. I really like that, it fits. So Jasper is what we are going to call him. I really like him, he is right there in my hip pocket every time I move. I'll keep you posted on how he is doing. Thank you for everything, Jean |
Katie loves Penny! This past weekend we went to a PAHA show and Katie actually ran a 15.4 in the down and back event in the pee wee division...She actually placed 5th....Unfortunately, they only gave ribbons to 4th place...But none the less Katie was thrilled!....Katie kinda starts off unsure at first, but by the last event she runs her for all she's worth (Katie that is)...It's really been a good match.....On Saturday and Sunday both we went for trail rides at my Brother in laws house up in the Parker/Clarion area....and actually ran up on small bear!!!! NONE of the horses were even phased in the least!!

Braedon and Sweetie
Amber,
Thanks so much for selling Sweetie to my grandson Braedon. She is the perfect
'first' horse & is truly an inspiration for him. He is learning to be such an awesome
'cowboy' & she responds so well to him. She does great on the trails & on the road.
Sweetie gets along great with the other horses at our barn & every one there loves
her! She sure lives up to her name... she's a very SWEET horse! Braedon will never
give her up!
Thanks Amber...yer the best!
Love you!
Braedon, Lori & Teri xoxo

Amber,
Thought you might like to hear about my first real ride since I
brought Doc home (we did take a few spins around the pasture this
weekend).... Last night after work we saddled up and headed out
behind the house. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with
him! He was fantastic. One of the first things I did was head to
the small muddy creek where the last "new" horse gave me the ride from hell. Doc never hesitated or questioned it, just tromped
through like a trooper. From there we just headed out on the
trail into the woods. He took everything in stride and never set
a foot wrong other than one spook, which was totally acceptable
since our young dog came running out of the woods behind us - at
full aussie speed - and actually startled me too! We had a really
nice ride, though it was short since it was already starting to
get dark. I know that Doc and I are going to have a blast together.
Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to buy him. So far, I
couldn't be happier.
Talk to you soon,
Leila
Amber,
Hi, How was your trip to Mississippi? Thanks so much for Levi, he has been wonderful. We have had him trail riding alot and with a couple different riders and many different horses. He did settle in well. If you have any other horses with a disposition like him let me know as I know of a few friends looking for a good horse.
Thanks Brenda
Hello Amber and Ryan,
I received an e-mail from Abbeys new owner, and it sounds like she has found a home for life, I am very grateful for your help in making that happen, it seems to be a perfect fit and I couldn't be happerier for both of them... again,, thank you,,, Rose Sochor
Awesome! Awesome! I love Lady, I do not think that Jen could have a better fit for her. She is extremely calm here at home, and she gets along great with Kota. I have attached a picture of Jen on Lady.
I had all three of my nieces on her at one time, and she did not even act like she cared. They would not leave her alone. They were even pretending they were showing in halter calsses when they were done riding her. It was so funny, they were so excited to ride her, one was climbing on one side while the other was still getting off of the other side. Lady just stood there and waited till they got done.
I put Jens kids on her today, I let Ethan ride her by himself, he has never been on a horse either. She is so soft in the mouth that even the kids being very timid, she sensed the little bit of movement in the reins and would turn. Great fit, Can't wait to trail ride with you guys when Jen gets a little more comfortable.
Thank-you so much.
Shane
